If you are short on time, but want to get a total body hiit workout in that gives you both cardio and strength, then this 30 minute mad dash is for you! This type of workout can energize you for the day, but not leave you feeling blasted. Grab some dumbbells and let's move daily!

Format: 30 seconds work/10 seconds rest. Repeat each exercise 3x then move on.
You will need: a variety of dumbbells
Workout:
Renegade row burpee press
Alt front lunge ISO hold
Bear jack
Pogo squat jump
Plie valley press
2 jack squat jack
Reverse flye front raise
Crab toe touch
X position abs
Superman knee tap
Squat reverse lunge press
Clean and snatch
Plank jack shoulder tap
Partial turkish get up
Weighted squat jumps
