Описание: 30 Minute Full Body HIIT Workout | Morning Mad Dash | Cardio & Strength - Let's take the next 30 minutes and focus on strength and cardio in this full body HIIT! I'll do the 3 repeater format. Repeat each exercise 3 times, then move on. We will alternate between cardio and strength.

Format: 30/10 x3 -3 repeater
You will need: a variety of dumbbells I use 5,12,15 pounds
