Give this intense 5 minute EZ bar back workout a try! All you need is 1 EZ bar. If you have multiple weighted bars or if you have the type of bar where you can add on weight plates, then even better! All experience levels can do this routine since it's about you pushing yourself to get to your next level. Progressional methods are doing more weight, doing more reps and limiting excess rest so there is always a way to get better. There are 5 exercises and you're getting as many reps as possible for 1 minute long each with no rest in between exercises. You can use this back circuit as a 1 round finisher at the end of your back day or you can do 3-4 rounds resting 1-3 minutes in between rounds for a full volume back workout with an EZ bar. Whatever works best for you to get them gains out of this world. A timer is run throughout on the screen for you to stay on track and follow right along. Let's fight that burn and chase that pump together with this intense 5 minute EZ bar back workout!

2. Close Grip Underhand Power Row - 2:24
3. 1-Arm Landmine Row - 3:24
4. 1-Arm Landmine Y Back - 4:24
5. Straight Arm Pullover - 5:24
