Описание: Hey yogi, here is a 35 minute awakening yoga vinyasa class which incorporates playful opportunities to go upside down within the flow. Quite a short practice but dynamic enough to ignite the fire within and build heat in the body. If you are new to inversions playfully try kicking up to jump switch to the top of the mat and see what shows up for you! All levels welcome and feel free to go near a wall to really get the most out of your effort if you are newer to jumping to the top of the mat. Sometimes we just need to get on the mat and move through sun salutations without any fancy sequences- this class does just that and the aim is to help you ignite that fire and power from within.
