Описание: Learn Table Top Pose, Bharmanasana, a foundation starting point pose for many yoga poses. This is a foundational pose so if you are new to yoga, this is an awesome pose which is beginner friendly. In this video, you will learn about the different options that are available to you within Table Top Pose, including:

Using props to support you within the pose
Balancing table top pose with some leg pulses to add a bit of spice!
Cat cow pose (made sense to add it here instead of doing a separate video)
