✨ This calming sequence helps open the hips, release the spine, and gently relax the whole body:
Reclined Butterfly – grounding hip opener (no prop needed)
Supine Twist – gentle spinal release (no prop needed)
Waterfall – legs-up inversion (requires a block or firm cushion under the sacrum)
Supported Bridge – restorative backbend (requires a block or firm cushion under the sacrum)
Savasana – full-body relaxation
