Join me for a full-body chair fitness class designed to help you stay strong, steady, and mobile. We begin with upper and lower body mobility work to warm up the joints and get the body moving with ease.
You'll then move into core exercises to build stability and support everyday movement. After that, we transition into standing balance practice—both moving and stationary—to challenge coordination and improve confidence on your feet.
We return to the chair for seated strengthening exercises, targeting major muscle groups safely and effectively. Class ends with a gentle stretch to release tension and leave you feeling refreshed.
All levels welcome. Grab your chair, a pair of weights & some water.
