We’ll begin with a gentle seated mobility warm up, then move into standing balance work—both stationary and with movement. After that, we’ll return to the chair for upper body strengthening with hand weights, and finish with a relaxing stretch to cool down.
This class is great for active older adults or anyone looking for a safe, effective, and low-impact workout. All you need is a sturdy chair, a set of light hand weights (optional), water, and some space to move.
