Join me for this uplifting chair class designed to help you move with ease, build balance, and finish feeling strong and centered.
This session blends mobility, yoga-inspired movement, balance training, and strength work—all accessible and supportive for older active adults or anyone who enjoys chair-based exercise.
🪑 In this class we’ll cover:
Mobility warm-up to loosen the joints and wake up the body
Chair yoga poses to improve posture, flexibility, and mindful movement
Standing balance practice with yoga-inspired poses to build confidence and control
Strength work to support everyday stability
Light weights segment to strengthen the body
Gentle stretch to finish relaxed and restored
✨ This class is low-impact, thoughtful, and easy to follow. All you need is a sturdy chair and a pair of light dumbbells (optional).
