I've been wanting to make a round 2 of my "From The Vault" Taylor Swift workout for quite some time so I am so pumped to share this one with you all! 🥰 This does differ from round 1 as that one was more of a low impact workout and this one is definitely more of a sweaty, swiftie cardio hiit session. I wanted to give you all the choice in picking which intensity of workout you are up for when choosing between the two rounds! However, if at any point you want to lower the intensity in round 2, you can do the modification I provide for you on the screen! As always, sing and dance as much as you want in these workouts :) (heck, if you dance in between exercises, you can make it a Taylor Swift dance workout haha)
