Описание: It's finally here!! 🖤 Round 2 in my series of Taylor Swift workouts to "The Tortured Poets Department"! I knew when I filmed round one that I was going to want to do a second one because there were SO MANY amazing songs to choose from (she is a lyrical genuis!). After having more time with this album since my first video, I have fallen even more in love with it so I was really happy to include the songs I did in this one.

This all standing no repeat HIIT cardio workout is beginner-friendly and includes modifications for any jumping exercises. As usual, there is a warm-up and cool down (6 min combined) and then the workout is 15 minutes. So, in total this will be a little over 20 minutes of activity.

Please let me know what you thought of this Taylor Swift workout in the comment section and PLEASE turn up your volume and sing along with me!! It's so hard for me to not sing the entire time but it's the only way I can catch my breath lol FYI: singing to "The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived" was incredibly therapeutic 😂
