THE WORKOUT
~ Warm up
Leg circuit (2 rounds - 45s on, 15s off)
1 1/2 rep wide RDL
Sumo squats
Narrow squats
1 1/2 reverse lunges
Switch legs
Thigh weighted plie squat with calf raise
Glute bridges
Extended glute bridges
Abs circuit (2 rounds - 30s on, 10s off)
Rope climbs
1 1/2 rep leg drops
Reverse crunches
Up/down flutters
Straight leg bicycles
Earthquake
