Phase 1: No Equipment is needed during the exercises to focus on foot placement and alignment of the body. This phase is designed to build a solid base and improve your balance and coordination during the standing Pilates exercises.
Phase 2: As an option, increase the intensity of the work by using a stable yoga block.
