Описание: This is one I have been meaning to do for a while. Since I moved to Dubai in 2007 triathlon has exploded in the city, we used to have one venue, 3 races each year and that was it, now there are multiple races, multiple distances & venues and Ironman 70.3 came to town. Triathletes worship the "eat, sleep, train repeat" mantra, however so many think that means only swim, bike, run, they forget that in order to perform the body needs a bit of TLC, in the form of strength training. Pilates works the muscles closest to the joints, and the body from the inside out, helping to prevent injury, make you aware of any postural imbalances, and enable you to breathe more efficiently when racing. I wholeheartedly believe Pilates and triathlon are like the perfect partners and I would encourage everyone to have a go at this workout, try to fit some Pilates into your training at least twice a week, it doesn't have to take long, 15-25 minutes is perfect.
