Описание: Today's workout is all about inner strength and how important it is to train your body from the inside out. This is a full body routine, however I want you to focus on the core, meaning the abs, back extensors, obliques, the small but important muscles within the pelvis and the glutes. I believe that the best way to prevent injury is to have a solid base to work from, and if we can fire up the smallest stabiliser muscles closest to the bones, they will support the larger global mobilisers that propel and slow us down during physical activity. They are also super important for everyday, who hasn't lifted something heavy without stopping for a nano second to brace your core and body to take the weight.
