Описание: Movement has such a profound impact on our physiological state, which is why Somatic practices are so beneficial with helping to shift nervous and anxious energy, helps us feel more grounded and present and can support us with finding more safety, trust and stability within our experience.

Research has shown there are certain types of movement that help us to feel more joyful and happy and I invite you to try this practice with openness and curiosity. Put some of your favourite music on if you want something to move along to and let's see what happens!

Everything in this video is a suggestion and an invitation to explore.
With a somatic approach, the intention is to pay attention, and start listening to the inner whispers of your Soma (the feedback from your body). Your body knows what it needs and it can take time to reconnect with that, which is why we move slowly. If you feel comfortable and in control, move a little quicker and open up to the freedom of your self-expression!

A few things you could consider... where do you feel open and energetic, how does Joy show up for you on a physical level? Do your mind and emotions feel different? How can you move in a way that helps you to spark joy?
Is this practice feeling safe enough or do you feel worried, uncomfortable or anxious about a particular movement - what would work for you instead in this moment to feel safe enough? Is something hurting that you need to pay attention to?
