Thank you for joining this practice, inspired by building resilience.
Resilience “The capacity to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness”.
On the mat, yoga asana & movement helps build self confidence & inner trust in our abilities. We find safety within ourselves, something our brains crave!
We build physical & emotional strength when faced with challenges on the mat, and we learn to handle stressful situations & emotions effectively.
Through yoga we create a strong sense of self worth & purpose. We know & understand our place in society, we can connect with others and support others when they need it.
What we learn on the mat; we take out into our everyday life.
I hope you enjoy this practice and I thank you for being part of the Sophie Rey community!
Always practice with compassion towards yourself. If something doesn't feel right or you need to take a break, you can pause, rest and resume when ready.
