Описание: Sitting on the floor instead of in chairs is one of the best ways to add more healthy movement to your life without any extra time. Floor sitting, also known as ground living, is an amazing movement 'hack' that helps your mobility, strength, and metabolism, and nourishes healthy knees, hips, core, spine, and pelvic floors.

But, it can be tough to get started!

It's common to find that getting on the ground requires too much strength, isn't comfortable for your back, or that you just don't have enough mobility to sit on the floor.

This series is designed to help you get started with this amazing movement practice and start enjoying the benefits of sitting on the floor!

Today we're working on building STRENGTH for floor sitting – enjoy! You'll need a solid chair, bench, or box (a sofa could work too) to start with.
