Find deep ease in your body & mind with this ~40-min Yin Yoga & MFR practice.
We use two simple MFR techniques for the shoulders/ chest and the outer seam of the legs.
This slow, grounding sequence is designed to soothe your nervous system, melt away stress and leave you feeling nourished from the inside out.
Props needed:
• 2 tennis balls /or myofascial release balls 🎾🎾
• 1 yoga block
• Optional supportive props: blanket, bolster or pillows
Set up your cozy space, play your favourite music and take your time exploring your body with curiosity and care.
