RARE! Pickens Railway: Moving GRLW 3751 from Belton to Anderson, SC

Описание: In this video, we have a very historical and rare move on the Pickens Railway. Today, Pickens Belton Job would be picking up their normal interchange from the Greenville & Western Railway along with (for the first time ever), GRLW #3751 EMD GP9. This unit would trail 4th in the lashup as it heads to Pickens Railway HQ back in Anderson for repairs. This video shows the trip made from Belton all the way to downtown Anderson.
Starting off, we see GRLW 3752 bringing back loads from Pelzer to be interchanged onto the Pickens RR. Next, Pickens Belton Job is seen shoving onto the Greenville & Western to pick up what they need. Next, Pickens Belton Job is seen departing with their load including GRLW 3751. In the next few scenes, I would follow them up the line as they head back to Anderson. Finally, after a long trip, Belton Job is seen pulling into downtown Anderson as they are seen heading onto the Gluck Line. I decided to end the chase here as they had split the train up and it would be dark before they got back to HQ. But all in all, this was certainly a very exciting chase as this hasn’t ever been seen on the Pickens before. As always, enjoy the video!
