Here on the NS R-Line throughout Chester, Fairfield and Richland County, we see NS 056 leaded military train making their way southbound to Charleston. Based on what I was told, this equipment is from the Pennsylvania National Guard and will be shipped overseas.
After getting word on their departure from Linwood crew change point, I started making my way out to find them. Upon arriving in Chester, the signal had changed and they were well on their way. From here, I would chase them through Cornwell, Woodward, Adger, Simpson, Blythewood before finally reaching Columbia.
Overall, was quite a fun chase as military trains don’t show up too often. As always, enjoy!
