Ingredients:
1) For aata
2 cup wheat flour
1 cup maida
2 tbsp rava
salt as per taste
2 tbsp oil
2) For aloo paratha
5 number of potato[boiled]
1 number of onion[finally chopped]
1 cup of coriander [ finally chopped ]
1 tbsp coriander seeds [ corse]
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin coriander powder
salt as per taste
1 tsp amehur powder
3 to 4 chilli [ chopped ]
1 tbsp ginger paste
salt as per taste
1/2 tsp carrom seeds
Ghee or oil - for roasting
3) Paneer garlic parotha
For green masala
100 gm green garlic
1/4 cup mint
1 cup coriander
1 inch ginger
3 to 4 green chilli
For stuffing:
250 gm paneer
Green masala
1 tbsp coriander seeds [ corse]
2 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp amehur powder
1 tsp black salt
1/2 cup spring onion[ finally chopped]
salt as per taste
Ghee or oil - for roasting
4) Corn-cheese-palak- parotha
For stuffing:
1 cup corn
1 cup cheese
1 cup coriander
2 tsp chilli flakes
2 tsp black pepper powder
Salt as per taste
1/2 cup paneer
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp green chilli paste
For dough:
2 cup wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup palak [ finally chopped]
water as per required
For siders
Dahi
Achar
White makkhan
Yellow makkhan
