Using just a small set of hand weights (I’m using 3lb, but feel free to go heavier or lighter), we’ll sculpt and strengthen the abs, arms, glutes, and thighs for a full-body burn. This workout includes a warm-up to get you ready and a cool-down to leave you feeling fantastic.

Whether you’re here to burn calories, build muscle, or tone from head to toe, this session is designed to help you reach your fitness goals—all from the comfort of home. Let’s work out together and make progress one move at a time! 💪

What you’ll need:
