Week 19: Sod/Seed, Landscaping, Final Touch-Ups! | Ryan Homes Versailles Construction Update

Описание: It's Week 19 in this Versailles build, and we're almost at the finish line of this build! Just a few more weeks left before closing, and the few but important changes you'll see reflects that.

In this video, you'll get to see additional progress that's taken place since the Week 18 mark. On the exterior, this mainly includes the installation of sod in the front and side yard, and seed in the rear yards. However, this also includes landscaping in the front including mulch beds and a variety of shrubbery and plants, as well as the installation of the asphalt driveway. And you'll also get to see the irrigation system up and running, watering various parts of the lawn after installation.

However, the interior contains some notable improvements as well. From various additional paint and trim touch-ups, to continued progress in the owner's bathroom fixes to the shower, vanities and tub surround, as well as final details like the floor outlet covers in the second floor loft, and the staining of the main banisters and handrails for the stairs to match the LVP finish throughout the main floor of the home. This footage was captured on Friday, August 22, 2025.
