Week 16: Landscaping, Appliances, More Paint! | Ryan Homes Versailles 2 Construction Update

Описание: It's Week 16 in this second Versailles build, and the trend of a very active week with lots of progress still continues!

In this video, you'll get to see additional progress that's taken place since the Week 15 mark. On the exterior, this mainly includes the completion of landscaping through the front exterior of the home, including various plants, mulch beds, and more. However this also includes the installation of sod along the front and sides of the home, as well as seed throughout parts of the rear of the property. But beyond the exterior, there's even more that's taken place along the inside!

For the interior progress on the home, you'll see the installation of stainless steel GE appliances throughout the kitchen, as well as the installation of the ceramic tile kitchen backsplash. However, you'll also get to see further paint and trim work taking place throughout the home, including the staining of the oak stairs and banisters/handrails. Beyond this, you'll also see several further improvements along the lines of final electrical and plumbing work as this nears completion, as well as some other minor enhancements. This footage was captured on Friday, August 29, 2025.
