-40 Minute Full Body Pilates Workout -
You’ll begin with a gentle seated Pilates warm up flow before progressing to connecting to ab work. You’ll also move with exercises to lengthen the spine and engage the legs.
Midway through the class you’ll do standing Pilates exercises before taking your practice back down to the mat to round out the workout.
