Welcome to your 30 minutes Fullbody Yoga Flow. This sequence is for all levels but you may find this esepcially helpful if you are still new to your yoga practice since we are really taking our time to warming up the joints while slowly building up on a gentle Fullbody Flow.
Personally I like to practice this Flow in the morning to smoothly awaken the body with nice stretches, mobility exercises and balancing standing poses that will help me to start refreshed into the day.
