This piece is called "Kites", and is inspired by the works of Studio Ghibli and the enchanting music of @joehisaishiofficial9777.

From 'Spirited Away' to 'Howl's Moving Castle' to 'The Wind Rises' to 'Only Yesterday', Studio Ghibli have consistently created beautiful animated worlds filled with intriguing, complex characters and stories. Often accompanied by the soaring, yet delicate music of Joe Hisaishi, Studio Ghibli's movies are some of my favourites of all time.
I wanted to write a piece in honour of these films, and to try and explore the balance between the nostalgia, charm, and melancholy that I find in the films' music. Hope you enjoy it!
This piece was written and recorded by me using virtual instruments from @NativeInstruments, @spitfireaudiollp, and @Orchestral-Tools.
