200g Chili Tofu (or use plain firm Tofu)
350g cooked Chickpeas
1.5 to 2 tsp Fish and Scampi seasoning (Seasalt, Turmeric, Paprika, Garlic, Ginger, Chili, Fennel, Thyme, Savory, Rosemary, Majoram)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour (optional)
4 Nori sheets
vegetable oil for deep frying
Batter:
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
a pinch of salt
1/2 cup chilled water
