Hello everyone! I'm Ryusei.
Today, I made a Japanese traditional hotpot, Iwashi no tsumire nabe(鰯のつみれ鍋). In Japan, the consumption of fish reduces. I guess many people, especially children haven't eaten Iwashi no tsumire. Sardine is delicious and it has important nutrients. Therefore, I'd like to observe this tradition for future. Honestly, it takes a time to make this hotpot. But, it's not difficult to make it. I hope you'll enjoy Japanese traditional hotpot, Iwashi no tsumire nabe. Thank you:) Have a nice day!!
