The focus is the new LED countdown pedestrian signal you see on the lower right that replaced a neon hand/man pedestrian signal that was there before. I always hate to see something that was long lasting, be replaced with something that already looks like it's dying and this LED hand does not look so good and not all of the lights are on. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

All 12 red lights, 13 yellow lights, and 14 green lights are LED
All 4 pedestrian signals are LED countdown
