Older & Newer San Diego Traffic Signals Together (Montezuma Rd & Collwood Blvd)

In 2005 or 2006, the city of San Diego installed these newer McCain traffic signals with a long mast arm included and it replaced the original design which was having the 3M left turn signal on the median, the Econolite bullseye traffic light on a skinny short arm, and a 8 8 8 traffic light on the lower right. The cool thing was, the city kept the Econolite bullseye traffic light and re-installed it on this newer mast arm with the others. The Econolite pedestrian signals with the neon hand/man light was kept too until recently they were just replaced with McCain pedestrian signals with LED countdown lights which was disappointing.

Besides that, if you look in the background, you see a charred and burnt hill. That's because about a week before I did this video, a massive brush fire happened down there and the neighborhood was closed for hours which caused a traffic nightmare. I have a video of what this place looked like during the brush fire and my videos are below.
