Hey Guys! Trying out a different kind of video on my channel... I've been really into cooking and baking recently and thought to share with you guys a recipe that I love and have made several times the past few months. Let me know if you guys make it and how you like it! Mochi donuts are one of my favorite desserts. They're so soft and chewy and moist on the inside plus these are super easy to make!

Ingredients:
Batter:
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 cups Mochiko Flour
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 can full fat coconut milk
2 large eggs
Glaze:
Milk Tea:
1 cup powdered sugar
5 black tea bags
1/2 cup of hot milk
Matcha:
1 cup powdered sugar

2-3 tbsp milk
Bake:
350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-28 min
