Let's sweat, burn calories, build lean strong body and feel super strong after! This is your full body metabolic strength training workout with heavy dumbbells and kettlebell as an option.
We will begin with warm up and will continue with weight training.
We have 3 blocks today and abs workout at the end.
Block 1 and 2 is your full body strength exercises with dumbbells and kettlebell. Block 3 has 3 unilateral exercises for full body strength and we will finish it on both sides. We will finish this strength and conditioning workout with quick and effective abs exercises.
For this strength training workout, you will need a pair of heavy dumbbell, kettlebell (optional) and your mat!
The dumbbells I am using today for your reference are 10 lbs set (each dumbbell).
