DAY 59 / 100 DAY OBSESSION WORKOUT CHALLENGE 🔥 FULL BODY METABOLIC STRENGTH 🔥

This is metabolic strength training workout with heavy dumbbells and bodyweight cardio burst.
This is full body resistance training workout and superb metabolic workout for women and men, Whether you are beginner or advanced fitness level student, i will help you to get through this workout safely so you can feel strong and achieved afterwards.
We will begin with a cardio warm up and will continue with 2 blocks of strength training. Your first block is your take away reps block for full body strength. Second block we are using kettlebell ( you can use one heavy dumbbell instead). Kettlebell leg workout includes kettlebell lunges, kettlebell swing and kettlebell deadlift. We will finish strong with CG grip chest press finisher.
The dumbbells I am using today for your reference are 12 lbs set (each dumbbell) and 15 lb kettlebell (optional)
