This full body somatic stretch uses pandiculation — you deliberately contract a muscle, then slowly release it. Unlike passive stretching, pandiculation retrains your brain's control of muscle tension, creating longer-lasting relief. Based on Thomas Hanna's Clinical Somatic Education method.
