This gentle desk stretch is designed to help you soften tension, reset your posture, and calm your nervous system without needing to leave your chair.
Using simple, accessible movements you can do at work, we’ll release the neck, shoulders, spine and hips, unwind from hours of sitting, and invite a sense of ease back into the body. Perfect for busy days, long screen time, or whenever you feel stiff, heavy, or mentally overloaded.
These small stretch breaks don’t just help the muscles, they signal safety to the nervous system, lower stress levels, and support clearer focus and calmer energy for the rest of your day.
You can return to this practice anytime you need a quiet reset, a moment of movement, or a reminder to breathe and come back into your body.
