Day 6 of our 26 days of yoga challenge.
This traditional yogic sequence is an ancient moving meditation designed to lift your energy, clear emotional stagnation, and bring you back into your body. We’ll move mindfully through five grounding rounds of Surya A and Surya B, balancing breath, rhythm, and awareness.
These movements have been practiced for generations to awaken prana, regulate the nervous system, build gentle strength, and create a sense of internal clarity and calm. Go slowly, stay connected to your breath, and allow this ritual to become a daily anchor for your mind and body.
