This is Day 9 of our 26 days of yoga together !
This class is an invitation to care for your future body.
We’ll gently stretch and strengthen the hips, hamstrings and lower back, with a special focus on the yogi squat, a powerful, natural position that supports joint health, spinal mobility, and the ability to get down to and up from the floor with ease. Something research consistently links to longevity, independence, and overall quality of life as we age.
Tight hips and a stiff lower back often hold not just physical tension, but emotional load too. As we soften the tissues, move slowly, and breathe deeply, you may notice a sense of release, grounding, and spaciousness ripple through the whole body and nervous system.
This is not about pushing or forcing flexibility. It’s about restoring natural movement patterns, lubricating the joints, and reconnecting with the kind of strength that is calm, resilient, and sustainable for life.
Come as you are. Move gently. Let your body remember how it was designed to move, freely, efficiently, and with ease.
