30 Minute Full Body with Cardio EMOM
Again, this whole series for the next 4- 6 weeks will be similar format. 5 movements. 6 Rounds. EMOM.
This final day is meant to hit the whole body and get the heart rate up for a cardio and sweat. And this workout certainly hit the mark.
Full Body
1. Alt Snatch x 10
2. Swing High Pull x 10
3. Alt Around the world Front Lunge x 10
4. Alt Clean and Press x 10
5. Squat Thruster x 10
Note to self. This was a challenge. I will go up in reps next week by 2, but I’ll have to push the Clean and Press as that takes time. A little less rest is going to be a grind. Get ready for next weeks if you make it through this one.
