30 Minute EMOM Week 3 Day 3
I’m moving up in weight from last week. 22Kg for me today. Dripping the reps from last week.
5 movements. 6 rounds. 30 minute workout.
1. 2 Hand Bent Over Row x 10
2. 1 Arm Row (R) x 10
3. 1 Arm Row (L) x 10
4. Curl to Pullover x 10
5. American Swings x 15

Note to self. This one got hard at the last 2 rounds, especially the pullover and swings. I do believe I can go up in reps next week, however I may just go up 1 in swings.
