THE ROUTINE
We warm-up with adductor and abductor machine. 3 to 4 sets each machine with 10-15 reps each set.
Squats- 3 sets of 10-12 reps; then 1 set of 6-8 reps
Squat Station- 4 sets of 12-15 reps
Walking Lunges- 4 sets of 24 steps (12 each leg)
Leg Press (feet close)- 4 sets of 12-15 reps; do triple drop set on the final set.
Stiff Leg or Romanian Dead (dumbbells)- 4 sets of 10-12 reps
Lying Ham Curl- 4 sets of 10-12 reps
