Oh, you should definitely try this amazing chocolate chip cookie recipe! This variation of chocolate chip is my favourite and it is so easy to make. The cookies always turn out great: soft and crunchy at the same time. Give it a try!:)
i n g r e d i e n t s :
• 120 g (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, softened
• 1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar
• 1/3 cup (50 g) brown sugar (1/4 cup if you like less sweet desserts)
• 1 large egg, at room temperature
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 1/4 cups (180 g) all purpose flour
• 1 tbsp (10 g) cornstarch
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup (100 g) chocolate chips (I use semi-sweet)
• 1 cup (100 g) chopped pecans
Bake the cookies at 325ºF/160ºC for 15-16 min (depending on your oven). This recipe makes about 15 cookies.
The baking time and temperature are only a guide. As every oven is different, you may need to make adjustments to get the right result.
m e a s u r i n g :
1 cup = 240 ml
1 tbsp = 15 ml
1 tsp = 5 ml
