In this video, we’ll show you how to perform a Z report without a cash declaration in a venue with multiple POS terminals.
So after we’ve counted the cash, we log on to our POS system to begin.
We go to ‘Reports,’ then select ‘X and Z Reports.’ Here, we’ll see a list of reports generated throughout the day.
To finalise the day, we double-click on each pending report.
This action consolidates the individual X reports, creating a ‘Consolidated X Report.’ This allows us to view information from both POS terminals in a single, comprehensive report.
We then check our totals and once we’re satisfied that everything is accurate, we select ‘Finalise.’ This action converts the Consolidated X Report into a Z report, officially closing off our day.
If we need a hard copy, we simply click on the ‘Print’ button and our Z report is now complete.
