I know from recent personal experience that losing weight can be very stressful and discouraging. The worst feeling is when you've been working very hard to eat right and exercise and the scale is going up instead of down. To help you reduce your frustration and get on with a successful weight loss journey, there are certain lies that you might want to stop believing. They are:

1. If you diet and exercise hard enough you will lose weight
2. You need to burn alot of calories during your workout
3. You can't eat carbs or you have to eat low carb

If you are believing these lies, your weight loss journey might be much harder than it needs to be. Watch the video to get details on the truth about dieting and exercising really hard. The truth about burning a lot of calories in the middle of your actual workout. And the truth about eating carbs or eating low carb for weight loss. Most people can do this workout everyday with no problems but check with your doctor if you have any questions, concerns, or special circumstances.

Always warm up for 2-3 minutes before doing ANY workout. Here's a good multi-purpose warm up that most people can easily do.
20 sec jumping jacks
20 sec squats
20 sec lunges
do twice

Be sure to consider the rest of your workout commitments as you decide which workouts to do. 20 - 30 min total per day is a good amount!
