Hammer Curl (on incline bench)- 3 sets of 10-15 reps
Reverse Curl (ez curl bar)- 3 sets of 10-15 reps
Barbell Curl- 3 sets of 6-12 reps

Dumbbell Lying Triceps Extensions- 3 sets of 10-15 reps
Seated French Press- (on incline bench)- 3 sets of 10-15 reps
Cable Pressdown- 3 sets of 10-15 reps
Bodyweight Dips- 3 sets of 6-12 reps
