5 MIN FULL BODY HIIT WORKOUT | BURN 100 CALORIES IN 5 MIN | BLAST FAT
This is one of the absolute best ways to star your day, wake up your entire body and get your energy flowing throughout your day. I am talking HIIT workouts. When you do a HIIT workout you don't need to exercise for hours even 5 minutes is better than no exercise. Motion is lotion, so nourish and heal your body through movement.
We are going to do each exercise for 45 seconds and you get 10 seconds rest in between. You can also do 2 or 3 rounds for this workout, that way you can burn even more calories. If you need more rest remember that you can pause this video anytime.
