Hey guys welcome back to my channel Andressa here =) Just did Thi workout with my Apple Watch and I burned 230 calories
In todays workout we are going to burn 200 calories in 10 minutes to help your weight loss journey.
PLEASE REMEMBER CALORIE LOSS WILL VARY FROM PERSON TO PERSON. I burned a total of 230 kcal in this workout. The amount you can lose will greatly depend on the effort you put in and other factors such as your age, gender etc.
If you still got some energy do this routine twice to burn more calories
Who said you cant lose weight at home?
We are going to do 10 exercises for 1 minute each and have only 5 seconds rest in between but if you need a longer rest don't worry as you can pause this video anytime 😉
This workout shouldn't be too hard so its totally beginner friendly
Remember that in order to lose weight you also need to address your diet as nutrition it's a very important factor in weight loss.
