Ginger,garlic paste,2 tablespoons
Salt ,1 teaspoons
Black pepper,half teaspoon
Chili flakes,1 teaspoon
Sumac spice powder 1 teaspoon
Onion 1
Tomato half
Green chili 2
For salad 🥗
Onion ,tomatoes ,cucumber ,coriander ,mint,salt ,black pepper , simac powder
Finely chopped vegetables Add spices and mix well
For garlic mustard sauces .
Mayonnaise ,1 tablespoons
Hung curd ,(yogurt ) 2 tablespoons
Garlic ,3 cloves
Mustard paste ,half teaspoon
Salt Pepper to taste
