Learn how to get thick with this at home workout! This workout is geared towards anyone looking to get thicker thighs & legs or achieve a thicker booty. I consider this the best workout for thicker thighs and hips because all of these exercises were what helped me to gain in my lower half.
This thighs/booty/leg workout can be done at home with no equipment. I recommend completing 3 rounds of this workout at least 1-2x a week to see fast results. As you continue to do so, the routine will become easier. Once it does, try extending the time a bit to 45 or 60 seconds instead of 30!
